IEPE是指一種自帶電量放大器或電壓放大器的加速度傳感器。IEPE是壓電集成電路的縮寫(xiě)。因?yàn)橛杉铀俣葌鞲衅鳟a(chǎn)生的電量是很小的，因此傳感器產(chǎn)生的電信號(hào)很容易受到噪聲干擾，需要用靈敏的電子器件對(duì)其進(jìn)行放大和信號(hào)調(diào)理。IEPE中集成了靈敏的電子器件使其盡量靠近傳感器以保證更好的抗噪聲性并更容易封裝。

美國(guó)Dytran的3211A1是一款I(lǐng)EPE加速度傳感器/振動(dòng)傳感器，靈敏度10 mV/g，自帶10-32接口和#8/M4安裝螺紋孔，低噪。

The Dytran 3211A1 is a lightweight IEPE accelerometer, designed for applications where 360° cable orientation and a low profile design are critical.

Available with a 10 mV/g sensitivity, model 3211A1 incorporates a ceramic shear crystal sensing element for high natural frequency, packaged in a rugged titanium housing. Units are case isolated to avoid EMI/ground loop interference.

The model 3211A1 features a 10-32 radial connector and #8 or M4 thread screw mounting capabilities. The miniature thru hole design allows for the sensor to be turned 360° prior to securing for ease of installation. Units incorporate low noise JFET electronics and are hermetically sealed for reliable performance in high humidity and dirty environments.
